Riding holiday

We arrange riding holidays for small groups (max. 10 persons).

A rare opportunity to experience the Faroe Islands on horseback. 
The riding holiday is for some experienced and experienced riders.
We have nice, easy going and stable icelandic horses for everyone.

17. july - 22. july

A typical day is: Eat breakfast, make a lunch box, saddle the horse and ride a daytrip in the beautiful faroese nature. A daytrip is approx 15-20 km. and duration is ca. 3-4 hours. We are home late in the afternoon and afterwards we eat dinner. The day ends with a chillout in the hottub.

Programme:

Day 1: Arrival, find bed and horses. A short ridingtour with a great view over Torshavn.

Day 2: Ridingtour 3-4 hours/daytrip incl. lunch box.

Day 3: Day off from riding, instead excursion to the birdmountains in Vestmanna.

Day 4: Ridingtour 3-4 hours/daytrip incl. lunch box.

Day 5: Ridingtour to Velbastað (Ride & Dine at "Heimablídni hjá Onnu og Óla", Velbastað).

Day 6: Departure.

All meals are included in the stay.

Price:

11.450,- dkk. per person.

Transportation to and from the Faroe Islands is not included.
